Natural Heartburn Relief

With my MSG/Processed free glutamate sensitivity, I can’t take many medications.  A while back, I woke up with a stomach ache.  I could feel and see my stomach was distended.   It was in the middle of the night, so I tried a natural remedy I’d read about online:

1-2 tablespoons of raw, organic apple cider vinegar in about 4 ounces of water.   It has to be raw.  Preferably organic but the “mother” is the important part.

It about turned my mouth inside out, but I felt better after about 20 minutes.  I had to do a second one after about 30 minutes.   I didn’t have a problem for the rest of the night. This became my “go to” heartburn relief.    If anyone else has issues with taking medications due to sensitivities, you may want to give it a shot.
